District court rejects SEC’s overbroad subpoena seeking to compel law firm victim of cyberattack to disclose identities of all clients affected by the attack

Instead, the court compelled disclosure of only the names of clients for whom the law firm had not been able to rule out that a threat actor accessed material nonpublic information.
