U.S. Chamber joins coalition intervening in support of EPA’s project aggregation rule for New Source Review Program under the Clean Air Act

A group of environmental NGOs and states have challenged the EPA’s project aggregation rule in the D.C. Circuit. The Chamber is part of a broad coalition of business groups supporting the legality of the EPA’s New Source Review rule.
