The U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to review and reverse a Ninth Circuit decision holding that the Airline Deregulation Act and FAAAA preempt only those state laws that bind an airline to a particular price, route, or service, as opposed to those that have a significant impact on airline prices, routes, and services.
