CCMC Comments on the State of Massachusetts Proposed Fiduciary Rule

CCMC submitted comments on the proposed amendments to 950 CMR 12.204, 12.205 and 12.207, establishing a fiduciary standard of conduct for Massachusetts broker-dealers, agents, investment advisers and investment adviser representatives.
