Joint Trades Letter to Senate Banking Committee on Legislation Pertaining to Contracts that Currently Reference LIBOR

CCMC joined with over 20 organization in support federal legislation to address “tough legacy” contracts that currently reference LIBOR. We respectfully request the Committee move judiciously in enacting LIBOR legislation.
