Washington, D.C. — Jordan Crenshaw, Vice President of the U.S. Chamber’s Technology Engagement Center issued the following statement today following the Federal Trade Commission's proposed rulemaking revising its Business Opportunity Rule.
“At a time when Americans are struggling with challenges like inflation, today’s announcement of a rule to expand the Business Opportunity Rule is yet another potential regulation combined with others being contemplated by the FTC that could make it harder for people to work from home and enjoy flexible earning opportunities."
