(Case No. 10-RC-276292) in response to the NLRB's invitation for briefs addressing whether the Board should reconsider its standard for determining the independent contractor status of workers.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is committed to protecting the opportunities offered by flexible employment models, and it asserts in its comments that there is no reason for the NLRB to reconsider its independent contractor standard.
