“The Chamber family mourns the death of our friend Don Young, legendary Member of Congress and esteemed dean of the House. He was a fierce champion for Alaskans, a powerful chairman of several committees, and he worked tirelessly to make the lives of all Americans better. His force of personality and dedication to public service will be missed, but his spirit and legacy lives on. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and all whose lives he touched.”
