Christopher Walker

Christopher Walker is of counsel and consultant at the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, he handles a variety of litigation matters for the Chamber, including administrative law issues.
Walker is a professor of law at the University of Michigan, where he teaches Administrative Law, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Litigation, Federal Courts, Legislation and Regulation, and State and Local Government Law. He conducts research primarily on administrative law, regulation, and law and policy at the agency level.
Earlier in his career, Walker worked at a litigation boutique in Washington, D.C., and on the Civil Appellate staff at the U.S. Department of Justice. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States and the Honorable Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Walker graduated Order of the Coif from Stanford Law School. He received his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Brigham Young University and his master’s in public policy from Harvard University.
