Isabel Quiroz serves as executive director of the U.S.-Argentina Business Council (USABC), where she leads the growth of this institution in a dynamic and quickly evolving space to maximize the potential of the U.S.-Argentina bilateral economic and trade relationship.
In addition, Quiroz leads the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America & the Caribbean (AACCLA), where she supports the network of 24 American Chambers of Commerce (AmChams) in the region. This includes growing the organization’s Leadership Circle and providing strategic direction to the work of the Association and the network of AmChams throughout the Americas. In 2014, Quiroz oversaw the integration of the AACCLA network into the U.S. Chamber as a formal business council, adding greater strength and resources to the organization.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Quiroz served as a Fellow for the Atlas Service Corps in Bogota, where she developed organizational fundraising and communications strategies and secured, strategic partnerships.
Before joining Atlas Service Corps, Quiroz dedicated six years advocating for health-related matters while at the American Health Assistance Foundation. Quiroz earned her B.A. from Wesley College in International Studies, where she also studied at Fundacion Ortega y Gassett in Toledo, Spain, and her M.A. in Statecraft and World Politics from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C.
