Jordan G. Heiber

Jordan Heiber is vice president of International Digital Economy Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He leads the Chamber’s international privacy and data flow policy portfolio and manages a team responsible for the full suite of international digital policy issues, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
In addition, Heiber oversees the work of the Chamber’s Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation (GRC), which seeks to align trade, regulatory, and competition policy in support of open and competitive markets.
Before joining the Chamber, Heiber ran the D.C.-based government affairs and policy analysis operations of a multinational bank and spent a decade as a U.S. trade negotiator and diplomat with the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Department of State.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from The George Washington University.
