Tyler Badgley

Tyler Badgley is senior counsel at the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, he handles a variety of litigation matters for the Chamber, including constitutional law issues.
Before joining the Chamber, Badgley practiced as an associate in the D.C. office of the international law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. He represented clients across a variety of industries, including the banking, energy, broadcasting, and transportation sectors. His focus included the areas of antitrust, constitutional, and administrative law. In addition, Badgley served as special counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
Badgley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edith H. Jones of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Virginia Law Review. He also received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Government from the University of Virginia.
