WASHINGTON, D.C.— Christopher Guith, Acting President, U.S. Chamber's Global Energy Institute issued the following statement today after the administration announced its enforcement update of the Endangered Species Act:
“The new revisions to the Endangered Species Act strike an appropriate balance between the protection of species and land and natural resource development. We appreciate the extensive work that the Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service did to finalize these provisions and look forward to their implementation.”
