Chamber letter to the House Opposing CRA on OCC rule on “National Banks and Federal Savings Associations as Lenders”

The Chamber letter was sent to Members of the House of Representatives supporting the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s (OCC) rule on “National Banks and Federal Savings Associations as Lenders,” also known as the “True Lender” Rule, and opposing S.J.Res.15.
