The U.S. Chamber of Commerce supports net neutrality principles, but opposes any Congressional Review Act resolution to undo the Federal Communications Commission’s Restoring Internet Freedom Order, which would bring about the return of Depression-era public utility-style treatment of the internet inconsistent with the modern global economy and which would lead to regulatory and investment uncertainty.
