A little more than 100 days ago I stepped into the role of a lifetime: the first female CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in its 109-year history.
In the days since, I’ve had hundreds of insightful meetings and discussions with CEOs, small businesses, state and local chambers and elected officials, members of Congress, cabinet secretaries, heads of state, journalists, and thought leaders. This much is resoundingly clear: We need big thinking and bold solutions to drive a great economic resurgence emerging from the pandemic.
